Raspberry Sauce

Whipped Cream
½cupheavy cream

1qtvanilla ice cream

Instructions
Raspberry Sauce
Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Add all the ingredients to the pan. Let simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
remove from heat. Strain the sauce into a small container with a lid using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to capture the seeds. Refrigerate for at least an hour. The sauce will hold for several days.
Whipped Cream
Place a mixing bowl in the freezer for at least an hour. Remove from the freezer and add all the ingredients. Using a mixer, whip at high speed until firm peeks form. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until ready to use,
Milkshake
Pour ingredients into a quality blender. Blend on high speed until everything comes together. Depending on your mixer, it should only take 30-45 seconds. The mixture should be a light shade of pink when everything is combined. The vodka is there to keep everything creamy.
Service
Grab four stemless wine glasses. Pick up a glass and hold it at a 45-degree angle. Using a spoon, drizzle the raspberry sauce on the inside wall while spinning. Repeat the process for every wine glass. Divide the milkshake mixture among the four glasses. Using a pastry bag or spoon, top the milkshake with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint!
