Flaming Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup Fireball Whiskey
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • dash salt

Instructions

  • In a heavy bottom saucepan add the water, cocoa, sugar, salt and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.  Whisk every so often.
  • Whisk the milk, Fireball and vanilla into the mixture. Bring up to a hot temperature, but not boiling and remove cinnamon sticks.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon..
