Flaming Hot Chocolate
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 cup Fireball Whiskey
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- dash salt
Instructions
- In a heavy bottom saucepan add the water, cocoa, sugar, salt and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Whisk every so often.
- Whisk the milk, Fireball and vanilla into the mixture. Bring up to a hot temperature, but not boiling and remove cinnamon sticks.
- Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon..
