Fancy Strawberry Vinaigrette

This is our favorite springtime salad dressing. It pairs well with blue cheese and toasted black walnuts. You will fall in love with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs strawberries stems removed
  • 2 tbsp Chambord
  • 2 tbsp locally sourced honey
  • 3 tbsp high quality balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender add all ingredients except for the olive oil. Pulse until strawberries are smooth. In the spout or lid while your machine is running slowly drizzle the olive oil in until fully incorporated. Serve over your favorite salad.
