Lobster Mac & Cheese Southern Fellow

Down Home Lobster Mac & Cheese

There is good food and then there is good food. This recipe for Lobster Mac & Cheese has good written all over it. We created this for country music artist Mr. Levi Riggs for our Feed the Band series. This guy makes great music and loves lobster. Now normally I prefer lobster all on it’s lonesome, but lobster mixed with cheese makes for great comfort food. This makes for a great entree or add a steak for a great spin on surf and turf.
