I’ve been looking for this a guy made this I bought it he died I’m back lol awesome
Enjoy!
Patrick, this is an excellent sauce. Datil peppers have such a great flavor and it really comes through on the bbq. A nice balance of heat and sweet. I smoked some ribs with my son who lives in St. Augustine and grows his own datil peppers. Needless to say, we both enjoyed the sauce. Actually, we kept dipping tortilla chips into it and you could almost make a salsa out of it. Great recipe.
Thank you for the kind words and trying the recipe!
